No contact with anyone. All done on computer. I much prefer people.

Very minimalistic and room is small, but serves its purpose. Feels a bit pricey for how small the room is.

Pretty basic but decent. Wish there had been more plugs next to the beds but clean and convenient right next to the train station

Walking distance to centre Potsdam. Small room, narrow beds. Old fashioned but good shower. Noisy train line behind hotel.

Good comfortable hotel for a night or two. Two minutes from the main station in Potsdam. Didn't use their breakfast, just had a quick snack at the station. Would be better to have a key card for the doors and for the lift going up as well for security reasons.

Extremely convenient, easy check-in, clean comfortable room, good value for the money.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. There were no hot options. My room had a musty moldy smell. I had to open the window every day.

This is as a pseudo-self service hotel. The check-in process for foreigners (non-German) was a struggle given the required information that was not collected at time of booking. The room was adequate for value, but it had to be aired out as a previous guest must have been smoking in the room. Communication with the front desk was curt and unwelcoming. I won't rush back.

It is a nice hotel that is near the main train station.
