The facility was clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities needed. Excellent place to stay.

The staff was great. The air-conditioning was very noisy, the biggest concern I had, however, was with the shower. In both rooms, there was pink mold, growing in the corners of the showers. This can be cleaned easily with some spray cleaner or some bleach and a scrub brush doesn’t look like it’s been done in a long time. Another concern I had in the shower was that you place slippery hair conditioner in there which makes the floors extremely slippery and dangerous. My suggestion would be to include a bathmat.

Very clean hotel and helpful staff! They gave recommendations for local taxi companies for a show we were seeing at Darien Lake Amp. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment, but air con was amazing as well! We'll be back when we attend a concert at Darien again!

The rooms have very thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors say.

One of the best midlevel hotels I have ever stayed at. Great place!!

The staff are excellent! Very helpful and considerate. Location is perfect! Right off the Thruway and close to shopping and restaurants. Its my go to place when staying in Batavia!
