One of the best stays we have ever had and easily beating the best hotels we have experienced across multiple countries in the Western Hemisphere. The concierge staff and front desk are ridiculously professional and go out of their way to personalize our stay (shoutout to Urvashi, Lengoi and Simran). The staff at Quattro is next level. Shoutout to Anuj, Yasir and Kaushal for being such excellent hosts and ensuring we had such excellent breakfast and dining experiences throughout our stay. Shoutout to Nikhil for going above and beyond to deliver one of the best lunch experiences at Lotus Oriental. I can confidently say that Leela Bhartiya City will be the stay we will repeat every time we visit Bangalore.

Excellent stay; excellent staff; the food can definitely use some work. The dinner service closes at 10:45 pm and I was there at 10:00; the food was lukewarm warm at best and not replenished and lacked flavor. The breakfast spread was good and delicious though.
