Great location, staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable with a good bathroom. Good location, within 10 minute walk of all areas of town centre. Good choice for breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Escaletto. The staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Aix-en-Provence on foot. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, rooms and staff. Charm is modern without being cold. Great breakfast, offers happy hours, the rooftop beckons - beautiful view from of Montagne Sainte Victoire.

The location was really convenient - outside of the town center which is actually a plus because the roads are easier to navigate with luggage. But also super close to the town center so you can literally get anywhere you want in Aix by foot within 5-15 minutes depending on where you want to go. Staffs were awesome and the entire hotel is very charming and had a friendly vibe. The only thing I would suggest the hotel improve are some missing points on the amenities. It would be really helpful to have a mini fridge in room. That strikes me as a very easy thing to add especially given how hot it gets in the summer in the area. There also were no tissue papers in the room which again is a very easy thing to fix but would make guests' life much much easier.

Good location; easy walk to main parts of old city. Very helpful staff.

Très proche a pieds des restaurants

Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets.
