My mom and I did not have a great experience at this homestay. This was mostly due to the fact that we wanted to leave a day early and they would NOT give us a refund nor allow Expedia to refund us for that day. We tried to explain that we should only pay for the nights that we stayed there etc.
It is not that central to the heart of everything so a Grab or bike will be needed. The breakfast options were quite limited and would recommend getting meals elsewhere. Honestly for the price they are charging, you can find somewhere else that offers more.

Litt ujevne, men tilstrekkelige ferdigheter i engelsk.

Such a warm and friendly place! The rooms were really comfortable, it’s only a short walk to town, and the family that runs it did everything they could to make my stay feel very welcome. And the breakfast was amazing! If you’re visiting Hoi An, do stay here!!
