Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms aircon staff very helps and polite, I would recommend to friends

It’s a great place. The area is very calm and safe. The staff is very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. The food is good, but few options. However, no safe, no microwave, and iron in the room.

My daughter,her husband and me stayed 11 days at the hotel. At the begining we were desapointed because the room they assigned to us were for two people and we reserved it for three. They changed us to a bigger room and everything work good us we espected Service and personal are very good. I highly recomended.

Deberían mejorar un poquito el desayuno

Breakfast was good, they had eggs, beans, fries plantines and sour cream. AC worked fine. The only issue was the shower was not draining normal, the water was getting accumulating so we had to tell the front desk twice to fix it.. The location was very close to the monument El Salvador del mundo.

The hotel Villa Serena is close to shopping and dining. My room was very small. Even dough there is a small area where they can put a small table. For the luggage or personal things. Is good that it has great AC and hot water. And Wi-Fi. That is a plus. It is a little bit noisy. But I that might be normal. Overall is comfortable enough to spend the night. The staff was very nice also. Very helpful.
