低於平均 I made a reservation because it said there was a free airport shuttle, but on the way there I was told there was no driver, and on the way back I was told it was full, so I couldn't use the shuttle bus for either trip and ended up using Uber instead because I was told that I have no choice but to take Uber. If I had known from the beginning, I wouldn't have made a reservation.

低於平均 +1h shuttle wait, manager was rude to staff and guests, complimentary breakfast didn’t open till after 7am and coffee was still from day before. Not an airport-friendly hotel at all.

This is my second time staying here. This time, we had a quick stay for an overnight connection. They provided waters at check-in, the amenities in-room were great, and the bed was comfy! The room was also very clean. It was a 5-star stay, but the front side of the building is quite loud from the freeway. Just a heads up for those that may be sensitive to noise while sleeping! Breakfast options were decent, and the shuttle driver in the morning was great. After a long travel day and missing airline connections — the unexpected stay here was worthwhile!
