The property and location were good, but the customer service was very disappointing. The front desk staff member was especially rude and unprofessional. I was charged an extra guest fee even though my guest only came to the lobby, and the charge was not properly reflected on my bill despite being charged for it. When I asked to speak with the supervisor or manager in charge, the front desk employee was dismissive and did not handle the situation seriously. Overall, the lack of professionalism negatively impacted my stay.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy atento, y si pedías al cuarto agua o una toalla , llegaba en 10 minutos. Céntrico para el sur de la ciudad y el desayuno muy bueno.

Great hotel.. modern, contemporary.. clean & comfortable. Excellent outside roof area. Staff fabulous… would highly recommend.
