I arrived 2 hours early after a long drive, and Steven kindly contacted housekeeping to find me a room that was ready early. Provided a coffee whilst I waited for the room, too. Excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spa bath with powerful jets and a TV built into the wall in the room. The room itself was good, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The dinner menu was a little pricey, though.

Stayed here many times in the past. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards have dipped slightly. Also, my vanity set had already been used by another guest 😞

The room was very hot - no air-conditioning when I mentioned it to the receptionist she said "no we only get 3 hot days a year in Scotland so no air-conditioning" our room overlooked the road and therefore we heard traffic noise. The duvet was winter weight which really didn't help. Whilst the hotel was very clean the furniture was chipped. Generally though good value for money.

Lovely welcome from a super helpful receptionist - with top tips for getting to Hampden Park arena - comfortable room with all mod cons. Excellent selection of things on the breakfast buffet. Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel and within easy distance to Southside of Glasgow. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. Room was nicely decorated and spacious. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the bar staff were very good at recommending food and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Amazing room. Great room snacks! (Need to be paid for). Very good value

Lovely hotel . Stayed as watching Take That at Hampden Park great location lovely room would stay again. We even walked home from Hampden Park (just over an hour) traffic etc nice walk . Would recommend. The restaurant was fantastic great food .
