I would expect kettle for making tea
The staff are rude, they didn’t even bother to say sorry when they repeatedly booked the wrong taxis! There should be a taxi card and a tube map etc...given to clients etc...
I was repeatedly late for my work because of this
The hotel is far from the Center
And staff are unhelpful so is the manager to whine I raised my complaint

很好 Everything was fine but if you have a sofa-bed your comfort is limited. I would suggest to add a layer of memory foam on the mattress of sofa bed.

極佳 Excellent stay at a great, safe neighbourhood close to many nice restaurants. Great accessibility to centre with a metro station only 10 mins away. Clean, comfortable and stylish! Will def stay again.
