The location of the hotel is quite central and busy. The hotel itself is clean and has various amenities. The check in process was fast and very efficient. The only down side is a booked a king size room but i was offered a room with twin beds. I brought the attention of reception to it but to no avail. Breakfast was good. very diverse. In all I will give this hotel a 5 star. Will definitely stay again.

The room is very large and clean, and the front desk is super good. They help recommend routes and restaurants. The trip to Shenzhen was very enjoyable.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Need a printer to print documents and they were able to helpn me with that.

The rooms had a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the aircon.

This place is really nice and has great view of area. Everyone was nice and helpful, even though most of them didn't speak English. (My mandarin is horrible). The only complaint I have is even if I put the do not disturb sign. The cleaner still comes in if you are not there. Not sure if every hotel in ShenZhen does that, but make sure you lock everything up and put everything that you don't want them to touch on the side.

It was a convenient location for my business needed to be done. My overall rating for the hotel is 4.5 out of 5. The buffet breakfast is Western style but mixture with Chinese, better than minimal Continental breakfast. The only drawback was somewhat language barrier. It seems like there is few English speaker in the staff, so if she or he is not available, it takes time to communicate. It is not an international hotel, but for local people... Oh, certain floor has no access to wifi, so they moved me up to the 12th floor.
