This hotel is the worst hotel I ever seen
About cleaning the rooms they
Didn’t change the towels and didn’t change the garbage even the sheets
And everyday they don’t clean the cups and glasses
The floor is dirty
Never come back
When I pay for five stars hotel it should be worth it

Bautiful architecture, large rooms and teraces with great vews. Furniture getting tired, rooms and corridors not cleaned regularly, the same dirt was there on the floors for the whole week of our stay. Breakfast not up to standard, but evening meals in La Muna and Sapori were fine. Outdoor pool was great. Staff very helpful, Lena from kids club took fantastic care of our doggy taking him for long walks everyday.

We stayed at the AlpenGold Hotel for a weekend and our stay was amazing . The view was spectacular. The room , roomserivce, and the breakfast buffet was perfect . The staff are very professional. We left there very happy :)
