Clean room, somewhat rural location but 10-13 minute drive to Seogiwpo city proper. Very quiet. Didn’t have a chance to use pool but seemed nice. Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Just but more dated then the pictures. Worn down areas in bathroom and kitchen. Living room couches had old stains. But very clean.

Booked Fiesta apartment. Spacious and comforable - better than it looked in the photos albeit needs a deep clean and some repainting. Bedroom bit cramped as has a single as well as a large double bed. Full kitchen. Walk in shower. Information not entirely correct as advertised as having a washer/dryer and was only a washer and no cafe/restaurant on site. Only food option is full buffet breakfast for 22,000 W. Cleaning wasn't great either. Car is essential as 15 min drive out of town and no amenities close by. Property has small pool but didn't use it. Overall reasonable value for money

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The gentlemen at the front desk were really helpful finding great restaurants for us to try.

The apartment is very old. You can see yellow stains in the washroom. The towels and pillow cases have holes in it. Though there is a kitchen but you are not allowed to cook any meat. So basically vegetarian only. Also there is no dryer so you need to hang your clothing to dry.

It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Very kind hosts and very hospitable to everyone.

I really liked the front desk lady who assisted us with checkout; last night we arrived pretty late past 8pm, which was coordinated by younger staff who were seem to be either new or part timer during night shift and they were more like AI robot without experienced hospitality manners.

Average cleanliness; underneath bed was poorly cleaned and found dried rotten banana peel and trashed snack bag with buildup dust. TV wasn’t well clarified to be used to watch their “Alleh” TV.

Good standards, clean, well maintained. Classy and good quality. Some staff were better than others. I want to commend Ms. Shin who really helped us to move and shift when there were some problems with our unit. Appreciate her initiative and care.

We check in late around 6pm, front desk staff not friendly. And the penthouse was old and conditions was bad
