방 냄새가 안좋은냄새가 많이 나요. 공기청청기에는 먼지가 많이 쌓여있고, 욕실인지 어디선가 하수구 냄새가 올라와요.환기를위해 창문을 열었는데 식당음식 조리냄새가 들어왔어요. 방 방향때문에 그럴것 같아요. 여러번 이용했던곳이라 너무 좋았는데 이번만 힘들었네요. 직원분들은 너무 친절했습니다.

업무상 출장이많아서 많은호텔들을 사용해보지만 다시는 경험하고싶지않은 업무태도, 일정이 지연되어서 숙박기간을 연장하려고했더니 카운터에는 버젓이 85000원에 1박이라고 표기해놓고 연속으로이용하려면 95000원을 내야한다고하는 이상한호텔, 이와관련해서 항의했더니 자기네 호텔규정이 그렇다고하면서 아무도이런걸로 태클건적없다고 고객에게이야기하는 무례한 서비스태도는 아무리 시설이좋아도 다시는 가기싫은호텔입니다. 해외엔지니어가 출장와있는상황이어서 번거로운일을 피하기위해 일단결재는 했지만 아주불쾌한 경험이었음. 원래 호텔스닷컴을 통해 10월5일부터 8일까지의

Great location

Overall, the suite was an excellent choice, offering an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. The only issue I encountered was the lack of hand soap and toothbrushes provided in the suite. I wasn't a fan of having to pay separately for these items from the vending machine. Despite this minor inconvenience, my experience was truly wonderful, especially highlighted by a delightful massage chair that provided much-needed relaxation after a long day.

Please advise that I didnt book this trip and no one is willing to help me.

I stayed here from November 26 until December 30, 2021, in a Deluxe Double, #912, and loved it. The hotel is the top 4 floors of a new building (opened in June 2021), with high quality construction and materials that make it feel special. Rooms have large, double-pane windows with views of mountains in every direction. (After admiring Cheonmasan out my window, I drove to it and hiked to the top.) The bed is very comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. The cleaning staff make the rooms and hallways gorgeous. My room had a 65” smart-TV, a tea pot with coffee mix. Best of all was the warm and friendly staff.
