オーナーがとても親切でした。色々教えてくれるし、便宜を図ってくれました。 景色も抜群です。

Very nice and clean property right on the lake. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station which is convenient. When I was there there were a lot of families with young children and not a lot of young adults so it was not a very social hostel as a solo traveller, I do not know if it is always like this.

Sara was outstanding!

It was convenient and available for us as we were a group of 10. We were just not used to the setting and we had no idea we had to bring our towels!!!

Most terrible is the lady receptionist “Sara”. She has no etiquettes of customer service. She doesn’t know how to nicely deal with guests. She actually shouts rather than to speak gently with grace, she isn’t fit for this kind of job. Hostel is not at a good location, no public transport from hostel. Small rooms etc. I’ll not recommend it.

so etwas habe ich zum ersten mal gemacht, das wird auch mit sicherheites das letzte sein. da ich ein bisschen früher da und damme hat sich sehr aufgeregt. sie möchte nicht diskutieren. es sei immer so. sie hat keine lust immer wieder das selbe zu erklären. schliesslich habe ich sogar jetzt pause hat sie gesagt. ich hab ihr gesagt: ok. dan suche ich mir was anderes. sie hat doch nachgegeben. diskutiert mit mir hat sie mehrere minuten. checking hat genaugenommen 32 sekunden gedauert. das nennt man kundenfreundlich!?

The place is great! 15 min walking from train station or ferry station. The view of the lake and sunset afternoon it’s amazing, one of the best I have seen. Staff very friendly. Dinner was good, they charge you extra, but it’s worth. I didn’t have a breakfast because I had to leave to catch the train at 7:15 am, so I don’t know how is it. The breakfast fast should be serve from 6:30am like others Youth hotels location, people are traveling around and need to leave very early. They charge $3 for rental towel. I recommend to get there by ferry from Interlaken, the lake is beautiful! It’s a perfect for traveling around and rest for one or 2 nights, price is great.

Awesome location. Super nice staff. Everything you could want from a hostel and more! Would definitely stay again.
