This is such a wonderful place to stay! Clean and convenient and so close to so many must-see Kyoto attractions! The staff here are great to chat with, especially Kohsuke and Haruto! This hotel has a wonderful communal area to hang out in! The capsules themselves were clean and comfy definitely a wonderful option!

The staffs were nice and helpful. You can see that they try their bests to make you feel super welcome and at ease. I really love the friendliness or the staffs! The only issue for me was the cleanliness of the shared washroom. I understand that it is a shared space and I do see the staffs clean it from time to time, but its just somehow dirty whenever I’m about to use it 😩
