Todo fue muy bueno

My stay at Southwest Suites was highly disappointing. The property looked much better in the online photos than it did in person. ​The customer service was unacceptable; there was a severe language barrier as no one spoke English, making communication incredibly difficult. When I tried to discuss a dispute about a towel with the person in charge, he was extremely rude, nasty, and even threatened to call the police on me. ​While the housekeeping staff seemed okay, the actual cleaning needs major improvement. There is significant dirt buildup in the kitchen, as well as behind and underneath the beds. A much more thorough cleaning is required. I cannot recommend this property.

We just stayed one night. The check in staff are courtesy, friendly and helpful. Hotel need a more sign to communicate where and how to find your ways to like from the parking lot to where is the elevator and stair are, the ice machine. The hotel was very conveniently for us

Place is not as advertised on Expedia. Room was dirty. Tile floors in unit have probably never been mopped, traveling with a baby who can’t walk it was absolutely disgusting. Beds were also terrible unless you like being woken up by every movement. Most police presence at a “hotel” I have ever seen. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Staff that checked us in were great.

The resort is great. The restaurant experiences was poor.

Checking in went smoothly. I loved the space to two bedroom provided. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Price was very low. Staff was extra helpful. Little smell but not bad ,it's humid in Miami. Highly recommended

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

I liked everything about the place except the bed was to hard and had my back hurting.
