Everything was quick and easy, booking is super easy to get too from the D train or 4 train. The establishment is very clean and well kept, bathroom and showers was clean. I definitely will be booking again very soon.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were nice and area was safe my only issue was my sheets had a few stains on it when I got there and I had to pay a $75 fee before I could enter which I wasn’t aware of prior to booking

They didn't even have the decency to notify me before I drove all the way to New York from Massachusetts that they couldn't accommodate us due to some electrical issues. We had to scramble and scrape up money to get another hotel room for almost double the price because it was last minute!!!! Very unprofessional and tacky at best!!!

At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it.

Horrible. Terrible service. Dirty sheets. Dirty room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. The pictures online are deceiving. Don’t book here.

The place is super clean, my only issue was there were only 2 pillows for two people, and I need 2 pillows to sleep well.
