Customer service was excellent. Rooms were very confortable. Breakfast food and staff were amazing. Location was excellent. The only issue I would report is that room and entire 4th floor smelled like sewer. Not terrible but the odor was very evident.

If you want accommodation, this place is not for you. The most inflexible property I've ever seen. The staffs were unhelpful and have an attitude.

my room was nothing like the pictures, I was in shock when I entered the hotel and then the room. Small single twin bed, I even wondered if I was in the wrong place. The buffet breakfast was decent enough although they were not educated in allergens for me in particular (Tree nut allergy). I tried my best to explain the allergy but to no avail. but still was able to have a decent breakfast. Location was great. Close to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English.

The balcony was a great bonus!

The location was excellent, and the staff are amazing!!! You really can’t beat the price for the location and all that this hotel has to offer. It’s an older hotel, but very clean and fresh. Had a wonderful experience

It was conveniently located and a helpful staff. It is an older building with a very small elevator, stairs in the hallway and a step in the bedroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
