Room clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a good choice and tasty.

Everything was as expected but the hotel could use an update. it felt a bit like a hospital with the dated floor tiles and signage. Breakfast was not great quality either. however i know that times are hard but a business the size of best western could maybe do a refit instead of putting a band aid on it.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. Location is excellent with a 10 minute walk onto the sea front and bus stop just outside for those who dont want to walk. The leisure facilities are fantastic with use of the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room

Staff on arrival was lovely; sorted us out for swimming and told us how to get down to the beach, gave Extra tea bags, friendly. Room was lovely and clean fan provided will book again

不錯 Stayed here as needed to stay in or around Weymouth. Quite frankly, the fee paid for the room was poor value. The hotel was clean, but dated. The rooms need renewing. That said, all the hotels in Weymouth were extremely expensive so it wasn’t anymore than any of the others, which is why I ended up staying here anyway… not sure if there was an event or something in the area at that time pushing up prices…

低於平均 Filthy carpets in desperate need of being replaced; decor is awful for such an expensive hotel, the dust was awful, hairs on towels, grime in the bath, broken toilet cystern button, expensive breakfast and poor quality food. Curtains missing hooks. Extractor fan in bathroom doesn’t do anything. There’s more negatives but this will do. Parking so close to the sea is the only positive and only reason I would return. Mattresses are so hard too; very uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to a comfier bed, but sadly let down.

Property was clean and particularly the bar and restaurant area, the health club was bonus. Only downside was no air conditioning in the bedroom
