It was great, really enjoyed it

Very nice historic building and quiet location. It has very small bar restaurant area which a bit lifeless so we went out for drinks and food. It’s an old building so you can hear other guests above you. But overall we enjoyed our stay

Reception people felt put-out when asking anything. Didn't go out of their way - I felt like I was bothering them when checking in and checking out. I had to ask them to do things, and both night and morning they looked at me like I had 10 heads. Plus, seemed like hundreds of steps - get ready to climb a mountain to get to the room. Great AC. Walls are super thin.

We had a terrible experience at this property. The room did not have adequate air conditioning and should never have been made available to guests during the summer months. Staff did not offer any accommodations such as another room or a fan. We decided to leave the hotel for our health and safety as it was over 100 degrees outside and unbearable in the room. We were not provided a refund.

Beautiful historic building. World-class hospitality.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast food, service and environment (cellar) were a highlight of our stay. Only complaint was even though our room was refreshed, staff forgot to replenish the coffee, tissue and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to acquire items. There are lots of stairs to get to the rooms, so great if you have no issues climbing stairs.

Wonderful hotel. Unique place to stay! Great staff. Great location in the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the historic Abbey. Room was great- cool red lights! The breakfast buffet had very good decor, service, croissants and bagels- warm from oven! Very helpful & friendly staff at front desk. The only drawback is there are a LOT of stairs! (And no elevator). Definitely recommend.
