This hotel is newer than I thought- very clean and very friendly staff. We couldn’t order taxi using the phone and the concierge staff including Harry was helpful. The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future.

Nice hotel. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. Only negative it was not cool enough in the room. Thermostat set at 23-25 Celsius.

Check in staff is good. However the housekeeping could be better. The bath towels were always not enough for the number of pax we booked for the room. Should be more attentive to the number of guests and items they provide inside the room.

極佳 The room is spacious and the staffs were friendly..highly recommend our room keeper Wang LingLing and the front desk staffs and also the gate keeper who always be there and friendly towards our kids
