We were so grateful for the front desk service, they took extra miles to help us through WeChat communication. All the staff were very helpful in this hotel! We had a great time in Harbin. Thank you so much to everyone!!!

Immer wieder gern.

The hotel is new, clean and convenient. Disappointed by the service: the staff could not find my order and ask me to delete my booking (what I refused of course) and book at hotel for the same price. They called several time my room while I was sleeping...

Stayed for 1 night as I was rushing to get back home due to a medical emergency. Requested for a non-smoking room and was give one on the 18th floor with good views. The counter staff at the check-in was good and receptionist was kind enough to help me book a taxi in the freezing -23 degrees temperature to a local restaurant for dinner and told us the exact fare to pay (to avoid being scalped) as the in house restaurant was closed. Breakfast was not too bad with a choice of traditional Chinese and Western ones.
