極佳 Rooms were very clean, everything we needed was ready for us, our special requests were attended to immediately. We used the gym daily and the equipment/machines were all clean and in great condition. We had many questions regarding places to visit and car charters, Freddy at the concierge was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Happy with the place and appreciate the service. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel with helpful English speaking concierge, generous rooms and fabulous buffet breakfast.
We thought a city view would be more interesting but recommend booking a park view room (there's a fountain light show on at about 8PMm that's pretty impressive) .
The metro is about a 10mins walk away so something to be aware of but not really an issue. The pool & sauna facilities are great.
Shopping mall 5 mins walk away is not fancy but has lots of basic restaurants and a huge supermarket.

Abundant breakfast choices and evening happy hour. If there are more varied options from day to day would be perfect

It was a good price luxury hotel at a great business location in Shanghai. The room was spotless, and the hotel amenities were wonderful. Definitely I will consider staying again when I go back to Shanghai for a business.
