The property is huge but looked aged at certain areas. Only 2 restaurants which did not have great menus. Gym was spacious but staffs failed to keep equipment cleaned. It is a resort style hotel with nice lake views and gardens for walking. I stayed over a weekend when the hotel was filled with local family patrons ... hotel did not have sufficient staffs to deal with the crowded chaos.

Hotel was magnificent, but the rooms were really spread out and it takes a long while to walk to the assigned room. Breakfast buffet was also really expensive with little variety.

Everyone here is super nice. The Breakfast Buffet was the biggest and best I’ve ever experienced.

Not worth the price. The amenites and rooms are kind of old. I stayed over the weekend and it was full of screaming kids. Breakfast dining was chaotic and lack of management. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway

Great hotel - child enjoyed the pools and we all enjoyed the food!

The staffs was excellent, except the location I not convenience walkable to any shopping center.

This is a really nice place. It is far from downtown, but the grounds are very nice and the hotel is very well designed.

Overall experience was good, except for the shuttle bus that was not picking up at the designated location, and I ended up standing on the street for 30 mins.
