Overall good

The young guy was not nice in front of main door . Especially his speech is no good.

Not bad for a one night stand.

This was not a hotel but a motel. Amenities included a condom? Front desk staff was unpleasant after checking in. After second night stay, room was not cleaned and we called. Again, his attitude was unpleasant as he did not inform us about leaving the room key in order for housekeeping to clean and replenish. Door lock beeped in the early morning hours. We asked to check on it and he changed the batteries but it kept beeping again. We called a total of three times to change inclusive of the request to buy new batteries as it was lacking four out of eight battery slots. In the beginning he changed only two but we requested to change it. Overall, it was a saddened experience. It was our first dissatisfaction.

Well I thought that the junior suite included a bathtub like in all the photos but it didn’t. We did go down and ask for a room with a tub and he switched our room however to a smaller room. If you want bathroom privacy this isn’t the place because the wall to the bathroom is well not super private, so hopefully you’re super comfortable with who you’re going with. Pillows are a bit hard. Everland is about a mile away. Lots of food places close by.

Super clean & cute room walking distance from Everland.

Very quick check in, decent clean Just ground floor room, no window. It was abit stuffy

Though ok for sleeping but iverall is rather run down And take note - 6pm is the check in time

Perfect location for Everland and overall for the price you can't really squabble. Only down points were that the pillows were like concrete, and the younger staff on reception didn't really have any common sense when it came to assisting us with basics like knife, folk, plates needed in the self catering room. We just bought our own. The more mature staff were great and a bit more switched on, and overall would recommend to anyone else looking to visit.

It is a short walking distance to bus stops including shuttle to Everland. But the hotel itself has seen better days. The rooms are old and dark; limited options at breakfast; and staff have extremely limited English.
