I was in a room on the top floor and perhaps my experience relates my room location. The HVAC system was underwhelming. The room had a large portable dehumidifier that was loud and added heat when the damp room needed to be cool. The heat and humidity had already impacted the room’s atmosphere. The rugs were moist and had an unclean feel. I arrived at the hotel around 10 pm at night with only one person at reception. The directions provided by the hotel to find the free airport shuttle bus. I tried calling the hotel for 20 minutes trying to find out where to meet the bus. Seeing only one person at reception when I arrived seemed to explain why no one answered. However the next morning was the same at 6 am. One person and big line to check out. I didn’t want miss the morning airport bus and left without a formal check out. I texted the hotel with chat the hotel gave me. No one confirmed my text. The hotel needs a management intervention.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado al lado del aeropuerto, tienen Short y se llegan menos de cinco minutos. Siempre es una agradable estadía con Camas cómodas, pero podrían mejorar la variedad del menú del restaurante

Perfect for our needs.

Welcoming staff and a nice large and clean room. Good bathroom although the shower wasn’t amazing and couldn’t get overly warm. Good breakfast selection, will be staying again at the end of my trip and would recommend.

I caught cold when I arrived the hotel. The staff there were very kind and efficient. Their robot was very helpful delivering medications I ordered online. Fast and reliable. I like the white congee and pickles there. Nice hotel.

A beautiful hotel however it really looks neglected. Our room looked like it had suffered with flooding, lots of mould on the walls.

As an airport hotel having a good restaurant for convenience is essential. Unfortunately, they do not. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we must have waited an hour for food, as did many others in there. When the food arrived, one dish was cold. There was no urgency with the replacement, by the time it came, I my partner had finished eating and then had to wait for me to eat. I did say I would not pay for food which they did immediately accept.
