Thanks for another great stay! The staff at check-in, in the 2nd-floor restaurant for breakfast, and in the executive dining room are always friendly, courteous, and efficient.

Simply put, this is a really good hotel. Absolutely clean, with helpful staff, huge rooms, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast is very nice with a wide selection

We always enjoy staying at the Marriott Pudong East. The check-in is always easy and efficient, and the staff are always courteous, polite and friendly. We appreciated the late checkout and being given a corner room, which has great views and is more spacious. Both the staff in the executive lounge and the 2nd-floor restaurant for breakfast are always friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thanks to all, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

There was strange smell everywhere, even worse inside the room. The blanket were dump and had a musty smell.Rainy season.

The front desk staff were excellent. JoJo was very efficient, friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the later checkout. The staff in the executive lounge and dining room for breakfast were also excellent, always providing great service. All else was good, and we hope to see you again soon.

The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety which was good. The room was comfortable and everything worked. The front desk staff was welcoming by speaking English but you need a translator to communicate with restaurant staff.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and a great buffet breakfast. Close to the mall that is a must-see as well

Breakfast is terrific and the room is spacious!

Wonderful hotel overall, but AC did not work well the whole night.

Excellent hotel and amenities. Close to restaurants and shops.
