This was a pretty nice place. Smaller rooms than most hotels because it is an eki-mae hotel. We selected it because we thought it was NOT an eki-mae so that was disappointing.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several time and they are always provide customer a stable quality of service.

温泉大浴場あり、朝ご飯も充実で、絶対おすすめです。

Come with nice onsen facilities with good breakfast provider.

Very surprised to try hotel dinner with very reasonable price but good quality. Not a sumptuous dinner but with a price below expectation - no hesitation to eat here if you are too busy or tired to venture out for a meal.

The room is a bit small. But it is very well designed, we manage to put everything in a good place. The staff is good and helpful. We have dinner in the cafe on arrival and it is good and relaxing.

Stayed here 1 night while on a bicycle tour of Japan. Comfortable room located at the edge of town center. Shopping and restaurants a short walk away.

Good service and the room is comfortable.

Stayed for a night during road trip in Summer 2015. Location is good which enables us to travel to and fro from Abashiri within a relatively short distance. Ease of traveling to Lake Akan and Kushiro as well. However, the bed is terrible; too hard! As though sleeping on a piece of rock.
