The buffet breakfast was very good , poolside had good sitting and eating area

Beautiful hotel and wonderfully kind people working at the front desk and bell desk

A very pleasant stay in a well maintained hotel. Staff were exceptional.

Clean, friendly staff, good location but really not anywhere to walk to but cheap taxi or Grab to anywhere. Breakfast excellent with a great selection. Rooms could use a bit of updating. Safe in room. Would recommend and go back.

You need to remove the carpet is nasty and have mold.

Can tell the hotel was once a grand place but had since deteriorated. It’s far from the city center and we use Grab mostly. The staff were helpful and we used their travel assistance to go sightseeing.

The pool was not as pictured, looked to be part of the deck under construction. Advertising Spa but no massage. Seems to be lack of employees. Okay for a quick night stay

Everything was exceptional.

Wonderful large rooms, was really great to see a 90s style kept in such great order. Lots of beautiful timber work, ornate ceilings, stunning chandeliers everything was very stylish. I hope they keep this hotel it was a little bit outside of the centre. But it overlooked the river and mountains fantastic views. The staff were really great and the rooms were very clean on the whole we totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next holiday. Thank you for a wonderful state.
