Greeted by Bill and given the tour of our room and the lounge area we could access exclusively. Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. Lots of interesting little items throughout the room. Super comfortable bed, good quality linen. Large bathroom space. We were very tired after a long day of driving so retired early.

Wonderful stay with our hosts who did more than was expected. Nothing was a problem. They even met us at the train station with our luggage so we would not have to walk back from town. What a treat breakfast was. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Lovely couple. Fantastic breakfast! The room was very cosey.

Great stay here for NYE. Margaret and Bill are excellent hosts, both friendly and informative. Breakfast was a the best we've had in a very long time. Would heartily recommend to anyone.

Lovely home nice stay. Central location. Fantastic breakfast

Suited us perfectly with really friendly hosts. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Extremely quiet and warm room with a very comfortable bed. Easy walking distance into town. Margaret and Bill are wonderful hosts. We couldn't have asked for more. The food was absolutely amazing.

Amazing house full of all sorts of reminders of Scotland. A garden full of wonderful fruiting plants figs, peaches etc. we were provided with a fantastic evening meal.

The most unique thing about this accommodation is something that can’t be faked. It has great atmosphere, soul and a homely feel.

Wonderful owners. Close to marina. Delicious breakfast.
