friendly staff,

No drinking vessels in bedroom. had to ask on both visits. Pillows not good for UK bodies. Too fluffy and weird shape!

Very convenient area, easy to take Uban to station

I arrived at the hotel on a last minute reservation as I had changed hotels. I was given a tiny room that was on the top floor and only had a balcony door to open for air, no window. I was really ok with the size but it bothered me that the balcony also communicated with 4 other rooms meaning if I wanted to leave the door open for some air (no AC) then anyone in the connecting rooms could come in my room from the balcony. Once I mentionned my concern to Samir, the agent at the front desk, he promptly changed my room with one that has a normal window and on a less higher floor, so less warm. The room was great and really confortable. The location is also amazing! The hotel is super clean, renovated and has 2 amazing Asian restaurants like almost right downstairs, so very convenient.

It’s no better than a hostel

Staff very helpful. No kettle in the room but reception would give you a large pot of boiling water, tea and a cup to take to the room. I woukd stsy again if they improved the wifi. Could not book train or airline tickets as connection would spin and time out. Oddly netflix buffering could mostly handle the poor connection

Allowed to check in a little early which was nice.

Be noisy and very hot rooms never stay again

Used as a base for football in Duisburg & Düsseldorf & Koln. 20min walk to main station. Bars, Restaurants & Cafes all around great for socialising. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs . . . streets busy until 3/4am. Continental breakfast was good, need bigger glasses tho. Staff were great especially reception. Reasonably priced, great location, oozing social life and breakfast thrown in, you'd be a fool bit to try it out!
