Fantastic location, nice outdoor lounge area, modern option amongst many dates looking hotels, restaurant staff a little inexperienced but lovely and put in effort to help their customers. Shower pressure wasn’t working well but for short two night stay we coped. Reception desk unmanned both times I was there.

Only 5 mins walk from Piazzale Roma this hotel is super convenient. Lots of restaurants around and the hotel is new with very modern bathroom.

Was extremely clean property was in excellent condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The court yard was very nice and relaxing to hangout for an evening night cap. The only thing is if your are sensitive to fragrance they have a system that make the hotel public areas including the outside smell very floral can be a bit overwhelming. The upside is you don’t smell the canal water smells.
