温泉がとっても良かったです。フロントの人も親切でしたし、掃除とかもきちんとされていて、コスパの良いホテルだったと思います。

The place was dirty and shaby. There was mold in the bathroom

They picked us up at the bus station when we arrived in Shiretoko and brought us to our bus stop for our teip to Sounkyo. Crab dinner is excellent. A must-try! The corridor and one of our rooms smelled of kerosene (probably used for the heater) but they immediately changed the room. The room is clean except that I found a hairball in our futon. I found the breakfast wanting. I might look for another place next time I visit Utoro

It was good comfortable. Meals are perfect. We ate till full and the onsen was good and temperature was great

A very traditional ryokan. Their staff was super friendly and helpful, and helped arranged for the cruise out to see the Shiretoko Pennisular. Food was spectacular - especially the first night dinner with the crabs. Very generous portions of their delicious food. Onsen was decent, and relatively clean. The room was nice and spacious, and we appreciated that the staff helped us to lay out the futons while we were having dinner at the dinning hall. The only issue we had was that there were lots of bugs in the inn everywhere. We see them along corridors, in the onsen area, even in our bedrooms! They provided masking tape in our rooms, which was meant for us to zap these bugs away when we saw them. But the bugs weren't enough to ruin our stay. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we will recommend this place to other travelers.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and shared bathroom etc were adequate and well maintained. It's a difficult 10-15 minutes uphill walk from Utoro bus terminal..especially if you have luggages and it's a hot sunny day.

Efficient and helpful front desk. Excellent restaurant with great and friendly service. Really cozy feeling.

Hotel provided free pickup, drop. Also, they provided free drop to a tourist site, Shiretoko drift ice festival by themselves. Onsen and room has great views. Rooms were properly heated and were clean.

Good base for visiting the Shiretoko area. Comfortable rooms however thin insulation, footsteps heard booming throughout the day. Absolute value in terms of meals served. Included breakfast and dinner was sumptuous and delicious.

Tatami style bedroom with excellent dinner for my family. We enjoyed very much with the serving and hospitality by the staff. We also enjoyed the onsen although its size is adequate for smaller group of visitors at a time. Hoping to come again in the future.
