Great rooms, great location and very clean

nice place to stay in NLV...staff professional and curtiuos alot of good stuff in the surrounding area as well Victory cafe...compliments to the chef and staff :)

Rooms need better amenities like microwave and coffee makers. Hotel needs to be offering room service

What we needed when we needed for a reasonable price.

The room was nice, but it had a thermostat instead of a regular AC unit so you couldn’t control the temperature as you normally would in a room. The bathroom was not enough water pressure in the shower for my liking at least and the sink faucet in the bathroom was offset the refrigerator hidden in the dresser was small.

The hotel was ok. The whole hotel smelled very strongly of cigerette smoke - even our nonsmoking room. The staff was incredibly rude - especially the woman who I had to help me call someone to get the luggage carts unlocked in the morning before we could check out. It took forever! How completely inconvenient to have to wait for someone to unlock a luggage cart - and by wait I mean a good half hour. If the luggage carts tend to go missing then they should be stored in the lobby where the police officers stand - not outside where someone has to be called to go. The layout of this place and incovenience and rudeness makes us never want to go there again!
