Great location within a few minutes' walk of the train station. Clean, nice sized room with sink and mini-fridge, good air conditioning, and a nice large bathroom! Very small shower and a very small elevator. Front desk was pleasant. Would stay again!

As usual ir is my home away from home when I am in Rome Excellent place well situated a few feet from termini station and walking distance from The Spanish Steps, Fontaine de Trevi. The Pantheon. There are buses in front Termini Station to get to all those places and the other (like Campo the Fiore, the coliseum and the Vatican). If you like shopping, the great designers boutique are easy accessible walking if you like. All in all a good choice

Location if you are going to use train at early/late hours are the best about this property given it’s proximity and easy access to station. We didn’t like that you cannot open the window ( so you have NO IDEA if it I sunny, dark, raining etc which is very odd. Having an elevator is helpful and there are only a few steps to go up to the rooms. It is very outdated but everything was working well and TV was a decent size with a variety of channels.

The location was very convenient to the central train station and the manager who checked us in was so gracious and helpful. But the room was small, even by European standards, with a American sized double, not king or even queen, bed. The shower was about 24"x24". Not suited for a large person. I am 5'5" tall and 150 lbs and I turned the water off every time I turned around. The room, though small, had a beautiful, high ceiling with rough hewn beam that you could see coming from ancient times and that was the highlight of the room.

The room was dated but the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi worked and the Breakfast was quite good with very fresh pastries and wonderful coffee.

The hotel is a great location for the most part ! We stayed there for one night! Room was cleaned !Staff were friendly! I didn’t have a breakfast I can’t tell you how was!

For what it was, location for early morning train and price it was okay. Good size room but bath smelled of mold/musty. Also soap/shampoo was in one bottle which actually turned the towel orange. I realized this and did not use. Staff cordial, area a little shady, but it was ok for a rest, came in late, left early. Did not have breakfast there.

Not worth price and gave us the wrong room
