Very stuffy lobby and check in area from the indoor pool. Floor of room was not very clean. Breakfast was decent but the evening meal was lacking.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The common areas were clean and well maintained, but the real standout was the breakfast and evening Kickback. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable, and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.

My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants.

An amazing historic building with more creature comforts than a new hotel. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Definite must see destination for travelers.

Great breakfast!! Had a restaurant, Lombardo’s, downstairs. Did not get a chance to eat there but the food smelled good!!! Nice pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room! Would definitely stay there again!!
