Nice location

The day check in, assistance and as well check out was excellent. Unfortunately the night crew I can say the same. While coming back from exploring night city I did ask the desk personnel (young woman and middle-aged man) about breakfast in my native czech language. They responded that I must be confused and probably in the wrong hotel. I switched to English language and display room card. They realized how bad they make me feeling trying use their language and profiled us as individuals they aren't welcome at their establishment. It was a hard pill to swallow. Well me and my companion decide not to affect our vacation and move on. Yes we decided to share it just so no one else has to go through same situation again. Appreciate Vic and Margarida

This room had windows but no moving air and no air conditioning and no fan. The windows open onto an inside courtyard but it was noisy with people talking or rolling their luggage in and out at all times of night. Between the heat and the noise, I barely slept. Some of my stay was during a heatwave, but the room didn't cool down afterwards. I contacted the managers and asked for a fan but they said they didn't have one and did nothing further. Hot is one thing, but no air movement has nothing to do with that. Book somewhere that cares about the comfort of their guests.

superb

Loved the location and apartment was great.

Very classy impeccable place to stay couldn't save more about it

PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

Great location! Walking distance from all the tourist attractions. My room was

This property didn't have air conditioning, and the area was very noisy; we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. The bathroom smelled bad. It seemed they had sewage issues.
