The breakfast selection felt like leftovers pulled out of the fridge every morning. Cling film isn't even fully taken off as though they are prepared to put dishes back into the fridge to pull out again the next morning. Bread was hard and dry. Hot food included fries and chicken nuggets. Was not a good representation of the breakfasts that Turkey is known for.

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests

Big rooms, breakfast included and best we have had in 5 cities! Close to historical sites. Mountain/city views. Staff is great and really helpful. Liked it so much we decided to stay another night in Bursa.

Location good only city view and parking easy to be used.

Everything is gine. But i think staff should get trained in English language so that communication will be easy. But overall Services are good in GrandBursa Hotel. I will surely recommend my friends.👍
