check in was very easy and we loved the location, very easy to walk to the metro or any of the museums

they made my stay very comfortable and special.

Very modern hotel, room was comfortable, excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in/out as we struggled with the machine at first. Didn’t get the chance to try breakfast but overall an excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was fantastic, very close to the museums and many neighborhoods, places to eat and drink, and transportation all nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was clean- our room was very small but had the basic amenities like a coffee machine, towels, a hair dryer and a safe. the pillows and bed gave us one of the best night’s sleep we’ve ever had. We paid for breakfast one morning at the hotel and it was quite good, it had the basics of a Dutch breakfast, I quite enjoyed the croissants with a piece of ham and cheese. We would definitely stay here again if we were in town.

The location was wonderful to get to museums and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet. The building seemed a little run down, but had most things. I wish there was ice available or a mini fridge to keep food in or cool your drinks.

Everything was amazing for our group of three. We definitely would stay here again.

Location was excellent for the museum district and Vondel park.

This hotel was so close to everything! It was a short walk to all the museums; many restaurants; tram and metro stops; and banks and even grocery stores.

Good base for seeing Amsterdam. Rooms basic but comfortable. A bit dusty. Some rubbish in the room when we arrived. No room service on second day even though requested. Reception unable to give me enough towels for three adults to shower.

The room was decent and comfortable. Breakfast was good and check in and check out process was simple.
