Wouldnt stay here again..

The room doesn't have essentials i:e kettle to make tea,the noise from outside was too much ,unable to sleep properly and also the road works during the day was very nosy. I nearly fall down on the stairs when I was leaving the hotel after checked out. The staff are excellent and good customer service.

The people lovely, right in the centre and can easily access everything, the tall narrow stairs were also fun.

The Room was clean and staff were polite and helpful

We were given the wrong room, terrible room without a reason and there was no manager during the night, then were given a room with bed bugs filling the room and beds. They moved us to a good room

very budget hotel. great location and bed was clean and not to bad to sleep on. thou top floor room and slopy window and blind hanging straight down didn't cut out much sunlight. no kettle (have to buy pods for the machine in the room yourself) nor toilet paper in the room. very steep stairs (common to A-dam i been told) but not for the faint hearted or slightly drunk.

Hotel Di Ann is very good for solo or couples traveling. Its in a great location right near the Anne Frank House and in a great neighborhood. This is why I chose it as I wanted to visit the Anne Frank museum. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and helped make the stay better with their positive attitude. The room I had was very small but it was nice with a balcony. Unfortunately I was there during the heat wave and with no ac there was very little air movement. The only other thing I will say is do not book here if you cannot climb 2 steep flights of tiny steps up a narrow stairway juat to check in. The stairs are very dangerous in this hotel with a tight radius turn at the top that shrinks each step smaller than your foot. The check in is on the 2nd floor and rooms are above that. This was ok for me but I have a bad shoulder so by the time I got to my 4th floor room carrying luggage in front of me, I was sweaty and more tired from a day of travel. When I left I was afraid I would fall down the steps with my large luggage. But I made it. Haha I would stay here again if there is a fan or ac or cooler weather and I had light luggage.

Great, central location but very tired. Clean but basic. Comfortable bed but like being back in the 1970s.

Great location

It was great!
