Everybody was lovely and everything was perfect

Very clean, comfort bed, friendly staff (Shahad amazing & helpful), great location....preta entrance is 5mins walk. Delicious breakfast

Great hotel with perfect location steps away from the Petra visitors center. Clean, good bed, fridge, balcony, Complimentary beverages. My room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator worked great. Loved the staff, especially the young woman at the front desk, she was helpful and delightful. They also held my bags, and I felt very safe as a solo woman traveler. Reasons for 3 stars- The first reason is the shower. Shower is small, a step in, very slick tub. The biggest issue with the whole stay was that the water temperature control for output is broken. When taking a shower the water would be scalding hot, and 4 seconds later be ice cold. I had to count and move to not be burned, every 4 seconds. I tried to take a bath but the stopper would not work. Second reason is Breakfast, it was bare minimum, and 2 of the 4 days I went they ran out of food, and didn't replenish anything. I was one of around 15 people who were only able to eat a piece of toast and have coffee.

The room was clean, nice amenities and the refrigerator was stocked with treats for no charge. We loved the buffet breakfast with many options and fresh foods. The hotel location was great and within a short walking distance to Petra entrance. With many restaurants around. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff at front desk and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Had a tire that started losing pressure, the front desk manager checked us in quickly and find a assistant to take us to a nearby mechanics shop to fix the problem caused by a sharp nail quickly 👍The location of the hotel is just perfect, 5 minutes walk to the front gate of Petra, with plenty of restaurants nearby!

We had issues while we were there but management handled them with care. We truly felt welcome and would stay again. Also being your own beer, there are only 3 places that sell it for 8jd each.

Great location within walking distance to Petra entrance..Breakfast was good kitchen Manager was very nice and attentive.

We had a great one night stay. The checkin was easy. All the staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant) were so friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Free, safe parking for our rental car. Dinner and breakfast were great, good options, great service, option to eat in the cave section which was cool. Our room was simple but comfortable. Note that they turn off the AC in November. It was warm when we got back to our room in the afternoon but if you open the windows it did cool down pretty fast and we slept comfortably. Edom is a 3 minute walk from the entrance to Petra. We were able to buy our Petra by night tickets at the front desk. We did Petra by day after we checked out and the hotel offers free, safe luggage storage which was a great service. Highly recommend Edom. Great, affordable option!
