not happy from our end

Property is ok but location is far from Munar and road is under construction excess is limited

The Hotel was really nice. They bent over backwards to help us out. We were disappointed because the road from Munnar was closed most of the day/night, so, we couldn't go to Munnar unless we left very early in the Morning and had to be back by 5:30pm else we would not be able to come back in a reasonable time. Because of the road closure, we asked for a refund for the second night and they obliged. They were very gracious and helpful in fulfilling our requests.

The resort is very tranquil and place is very serene and beautiful

Very nice resort, and courteous staff. The cottages were very nice and cosy with a lovely view of the mountains and valley

Staff is very helpful, polite and cheerful. Ambience is great. Cottages are cute and cozy.

Over all satisfied. Too hilly for elderly person to walk. Shuttle service was readily available, which helped.
