Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and helpful staff. Beach front location was superb.

Alma resort is amazing, I highly recommend staying there especially if you have children!

Voted #1 resort in Southeast Asia and #1 in Asia, it is a very big resort with all the amenities and entertainment you can think of. Spacious rooms, staff were nice but didn’t seem overall as friendly as other places like in Hue and Da Nang. It’s a big resort, and they’re held to certain standards, so it almost felt so service-based. Didn’t like that we had to use their taxi service to get out and some of the drivers weren’t too familiar with the area. Grab isn’t allowed here so FYI. Breakfast buffet was average—huge selection but didn’t taste extraordinary. And dining options were super expensive for Vietnam so it makes you want to dine outside. Access to private beach and the golf carts to get around were nice. Enjoyed the quietness and security of the area. Just lots of walking, so be mindful if you’re traveling with any elderly or ones who cannot walk far without needing rest. Located on a “highway” so nothing in walking distance. Motorbike parking lot is a walk from the resort, so lots of waiting and walking to get to one place to the next. Perfect for families with kids who enjoy the pool and fun activities. Not so much for elderly in my opinion. It’s safe and secure and quiet, but gets too crowded and too much walking from one place to the next for elderly parent. Nice big gym with nice views. Didn’t get to experience pickleball, archery, tennis, bball courts. There’s a water theme park available too. Lots of fun activities available but will cost lots extra.

The resort was beautiful a the apartment was amazing. The clean my room service could use some improvements as one time we had not towels and we ended up running out of body wash. They didn’t leave much for two people. Also we couldn’t use the spa voucher as it was always booked. There was one time where the lifeguards allowed a family with small children at the adults only pool which was rather annoying but the place was beautiful

Great view from ocean king room Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean.

Nice and clean, restaurant staff were amazing. Beautiful gardens. The waterpark was great but the location makes it feel separate to the resort. The pool bar was the only negative, the staff were not very responsive and it was just chaos, I paid cash but they charged to the room also, sorted out in the end but it took awhile.

Goods: • Many staff members are friendly and pleasant • Unlimited pool towel usage is very convenient • The tapioca milk tea in the lounge is genuinely delicious and highly recommended • Great vibe and atmosphere. Bad (Well not that bad but disappointing for a 5-star resort) • A resort that constantly ties guests to schedules, despite being a place to relax. Even though this is a resort, guests are required to constantly watch the clock. Dinner must be reserved in advance. Sauna and sports activities are limited to very specific time slots (only a few hours in the morning and evening). You are always reminded of “until what time” and “from what time next.” Not for those seeking an escape from daily stress. • No outside food allowed, yet extremely limited dining options. The restaurants were fully booked, and the next available seating was at 8:30 PM. • Too many hidden extra costs, leaving a sense of distrust There were many unexpected additional charges during the stay, and the pricing felt lacking in transparency. • Noise issues from nighttime shows Shows held inside the hotel continue until before 10 PM, and the sound directly reaches the room. Children prbly cannot sleep, and it is stressful for those looking for a quiet stay. Better volume control or structural consideration is needed. • Very loud lawn mowing starting at 7 AM. The noise from early morning maintenance made it impossible to sleep in and relax.

Customer service is fantastic! its quite and away from everything. Just be aware of this. This is great when u want peace and quite. Staff is EXCELLENT!
