Le personnel très accueillant. Ils sont toujours près a vous aider. On avait fait un vol de nuit 27h sans dormir mais ils nous ont donné notre chambre 2 1/2h avant le temps ça été très apprécié. Hôtel très bien situé près de tout. Je le recommande vivement

They should not turned off the AC when you leave you room specially in the summer months

Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early since our rooms were ready. Very clean rooms and great air conditioning. We had a balcony overlooking the plaza and it was great. My only gripe was with one of the bartenders during the day. We picked up food at the market and brought it back to eat in the lobby of the hotel. Turns out all the tables and chairs in the lobby fall under the purview of the bartender. After giving one of our group some grief for asking for a glass of ice, she came over to us and told us we could not eat in the lobby because she sold food. Fair enough, we started to pack up. Then she proceeded to give me a two minute lecture on restaurant etiquette. We didn’t realize she had dominion over both seating areas. And we didn’t push back at all. Otherwise a great experience.

Very impressed with the hotel overall. The check in was easy, the room clean and the breakfast was really varied. Great location within the city.

People were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Wait staff, whether the lobby nar, the rooftop bar, or the breakfast restaurant seemed genuinely pleased we we were there. Random choice to select this hotel, definitely a property to return to.

The hotels location is amazing. The room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and always helpful. The included breakfast was top notch. We stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning was outstanding and kept the room very cool when we needed to escape the heat.

Limited outlets. The few bailable are under the night tables which are a challenge. Having amenities in reception is not ideal.
