很好與小孩同行
We have stayed at this property before, the last time 10 years ago & sadly not much has changed in that time - the rooms are now quite outdated & need a refurb, the carpets are quite dusty & the tiles dirty. We selected the 1 bedroom swim-up apartment based on the promise that the pools were heated. Sadly they were not, they were absolutely freezing & when I raised it on day 1 with the manager he spun an excuse & said he would get it looked at. After 8 days & many more asks we gave up! Very disappointing when travelling as a family & selecting a specific pool room that we paid more for which basically can’t be used. Our child lasted 5 mins max each swim. The location of the mantra is great but sadly this will be our last visit to this resort which is in need of some TLC. Definitely better places to stay in town for similar prices & basics like heated pools & clean/ modern apartments.

Hotel was a great location and great to have secure parking and good service. Felt facilities were a little tired and didn't quite meet expectations based on photos online.

Nice property, well appointed spa room. Great location, very close to beach and main street, but still quiet neighbourhood.

Difficulty in checking in after hours. Instructions were confusing and no one was
reachable by phone. After managing to check in, the room was not set up for 2 single
beds that had been booked. Spoke to staff next morning & they were very helpful in upgrading us to a beautiful suite

Great location, close to everything, pool was good, albeit it was low season but having 4 of them meant you probably always get a lounge no matter what time of year it is! Spa in the room is a great touch, although loud, it was comfortable. Room wasn’t spotless on arrival, bathroom had a slight odour but that is expected with all the humidity and a fan that could use a proper clean up! Bed was comfortable, air con was great, fridge was very cold, froze a few beers so had to be adjusted, water pressure was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
