We stayed when the weather was hot. We were disappointed that we were first allocated a room that had broken air con. We arrived in the room, which was warm with a fan going. So they were aware it was broken. My husband went down to reception and we were allocated another room. I didn’t understand why they would do that but all was ok in the new room.

Stayed overnight after meeting up with family. Great location in Soho with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was blissfully effective during heatwave. A few small problems with blind and shower but team was on it.

Small but comfy rooms, excellent location and after a long overnight flight I was able to check in early. Staff very helpful and friendly

AIRCON! I slept like a baby. It was so comfortable. The shower was fab, the staff were fab and very helpful. I don’t get down to London much, hardly ever really, but I would stay here again if I ever need to. I’ve seen other reviews saying the rooms were tiny, but it was perfect (and that’s just how London is - tiny rooms). Cosy, comfortable, friendly. Thank you!

I wish i took some pics to share. Bathroom was so outdated and also bathroom floor was so soft I thought I would fall to downstairs. Rooms are sooooooo small. I mean it

This hotel is a bare minimum with very small rooms, no lotion or tissues, no closet or place to put your suitcase and small bed, mattress on a box. Breakfast was good and service there was good. Didn’t have much to do with front desk, just hello. Air conditioning turned off when we left our room and took a while to cool down after we turned it back on. Only a stool under a small end table to sit on and not much space to even move around. Room was clean.

Great location and price for central London. Loved the £25 deal for all inclusive food and drinks! Small but perfectly formed rooms
