Beach access and great views.

Good staff, pretty old building and furnitures, not a great odor in some areas like lift, great location near public beach, no private beach, moderate food quality

Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a family of four—2 adults and 2 small children—and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Although we experienced a very minor issue with our original room, the hotel handled it brilliantly and upgraded us to an amazing suite. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our stay in comfort. A special mention must go to Aseef from the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our every request. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our family had the best experience made a real difference to our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel. The same goes for all other members of staff we interacted with. Especially James, Hutu, Renuka and Thea. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend JA Ocean View Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, luxury, and exceptional family-friendly service.

Air conditioning was not working the whole night and we couldn’t sleep The most funny is they came to our room at 4 am to try to fix the room instead of offering us a new room and they didn’t fix it and we stayed in the same room Not good stay at all

This was my 3rd stay with this hotel and i can never fault it The staff are soo friendly and welcoming. Always looking after us and making sure our stay is as welcoming as possible. The staff are really friendly with my kids and the concierge staff do a great job. No hotel can be a good experience without exceptional staff and i must say the staff here are exceptional. I will be booking my next years visit again soon.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming towards me and my two sons. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were kept clean at all times. The pool was clean and maintained a good temperature. The beach area was great my only wish would be to have some seating by the beach. We love the staff, the location and the managers and the concierge. The guys that clean our room were amazing

Yes unobstructed beach and sea views. Clean room nice staff, so friendly, walking distance to shops and restaurants, right in the heart of JBR. Great location for first timers. Only thing I didn’t love was the pool but it’s fine, there s the beach, and we did beach clubs so it’s fine. There was a great place for us as our first hotel stop to rest and get acquainted with JBR. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety,
