Just ok for the price.

Clean room, beautiful scene, plenty of amenities and things to enjoy inside the resort.

The carpet in the room is very dated. We asked for cutlery, room services and glass wine glasses and were told that they do not provide this service in a suite room. The breakfast was terrible with very little choice. Staff can hardly speak any English or assist you in finding your whereabouts. I hate to think what a cheaper room provides. My advice do not book this hotel it is also far from skiing and everyday amenities.

Room was very small and bad odour. Staff were not attentive to your request. Never return to this property

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Great place to stay. We were there for Olympic Luge event. Amazing BBQ restaurant downstairs too!! The athletes were staying here as well. Highly recommend

Great ski resort with sauna

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying to find the ring or trying to figure out the culprit. I understand that they arent the police but a little more help and assistance would have been appreciated.

Clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed only one night but would return when I visited the area. I liked the staff's kindness and cleanliness of the room. It is a very beautiful area to travel.
