CLEAN and close to the action. In side street. Good breakfast very helpful staff

Room clean friendly staff and in great position

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Big shout out to John, Kimmie, Brian, Peter and the wonderful manager Mr. Harry. My room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is on a small street away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, so when you get to your room after a busy day of sightseeing, you feel right at home. The spa with massage treatments is an added plus. Had a great foot massage after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet is great with good variety of food. Next time I come to Hanoi, you can find me at the Splendid!

Staff are very accommodating and friendly

The staff at this property were amazing they made the check in process super easy. The breakfast had many options and was great. The room was clean within comfortable beds. It had a view of the cathedral. The downside is the cathedral bells start at about 5 am.

I got premium with porch I ask this one I book I try to show my email to confirm it but they did not listen. Of course you will not get argument when I don’t know anyone of it.

Great old property next to Hanoi Cathedral, clean renovated rooms with comfy beds and pillows, restaurant downstairs is excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful, even when we checked in at 2:00am! Overall highly recommended!

We chose the Splendid Pearlight for its location, right next to the Hanoi Cathedral in the heart of the old quarter. This landmark makes it easy to navigate when walking or booking a Grab for transport. There are also a million excellent restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is renovated inside but retains some of the old colonial charm, the room was clean and the beds were comfy (excellent pillows!). The included breakfast is well worth it, their noodle soup is delicious and even our picky kids found stuff they liked at the breakfast buffet. Good strong Vietnamese coffee too!

Excellent hotel right by the cathedral with lots of coffee and eating places close by. Mr Dong is a wonderful host.

We had a good time in Hanoi. We appreciate the confort of your hotel.
